These terms govern your use of the documentation website at usa.zintrust.com (the "Site") and the open-source universal-social-auth package (the "Software"). The Site and the Software are provided by Diadal Nigeria Limited ("Diadal", "we", "us").

1. Acceptance

By accessing the Site or using the Software, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

2. The Software

The Software is licensed under the MIT License. The full license text is in the LICENSE file. The MIT License governs your rights to copy, modify, and distribute the Software. These terms cover the Site and how you interact with Diadal.

3. No warranty

The Software and the Site are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You are responsible for configuring OAuth and OIDC providers, client secrets, redirect URIs, and token handling in your own application. Review the security notes and the backend recipes before you deploy.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Diadal is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or the Software. Diadal's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Software, which is zero for the open-source package.

5. Third-party services

The Site links to third parties, including npm, GitHub, Cloudflare, identity providers (Google, Microsoft, Apple, GitHub, Facebook, and others), and sponsorship platforms. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them. Diadal does not control and is not responsible for their content or practices.

6. Sponsorships and donations

Links to GitHub Sponsors and Patreon are voluntary. Sponsorship does not give you ownership, control, support obligations, or priority service unless a separate written agreement says so.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the Site to attempt unauthorized access to systems, to distribute malware, or to interfere with the Site's operation or security.

8. Intellectual property

The Software is open source under its license. The Diadal name, logo, and brand assets are the property of Diadal Nigeria Limited and may not be used to imply endorsement without written permission.

9. Changes

We may change these terms or the Site at any time. The "Last updated" date shows when the terms last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

• Diadal as a company: the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria govern matters relating to Diadal Nigeria Limited as an entity.
• The Software and these terms as they apply to software use: the laws of the United States of America govern, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in the United States have jurisdiction over disputes about the Software.
